Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-09. GoLive MCP ("GoLive", "we") is a service of Hapi.vc, LLC (United States), doing business as GoLive MCP. Contact: ops@golivemcp.com.
These terms apply to anyone who uses GoLive MCP, its website at golivemcp.com, or its MCP server, directly or through an AI agent acting for them ("you"). By using GoLive you agree to them. If you use GoLive for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
The service
GoLive lets AI agents put software live: domains, DNS, email, deploys, configuration and secrets, storage, routing, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, and pre-launch audits. Tools that change something can be run as a dry run first; tools that spend money need an open budget. Some tools are carried out by third parties (see Privacy), and their own terms also apply to what they do.
Your account and keys
- You are responsible for every action taken with your API keys and OAuth grants, including actions your agents take. Keep keys secret and revoke any you think are exposed.
- Give accurate information, including the business details you submit for phone number, toll-free, 10DLC or WhatsApp registration.
Acceptable use
You may not use GoLive to:
- send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or keep messaging anyone who has opted out (STOP). GoLive enforces opt-outs and cannot be told to ignore them;
- send spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or content that is illegal, or that carriers or Meta prohibit (for example under the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy);
- impersonate a person or business, or register a business you are not authorised to represent;
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or attack, overload or probe GoLive or any other system without permission.
We may refuse, pause or limit any action, number or account that appears to break these rules, and we may report abuse to the provider concerned.
Messaging and WhatsApp
- You are the sender of the SMS and WhatsApp messages you send through GoLive, and you are responsible for consent, content and the laws that apply to them (for example the TCPA in the US and CASL in Canada).
- Connecting WhatsApp means completing Meta's own signup and accepting Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and policies. Your WhatsApp Business Account stays yours. You can remove GoLive's access at any time in Meta Business Suite.
- Business-initiated WhatsApp messages must use templates approved by Meta. Free-form messages are only allowed inside the 24-hour window after a person last wrote to you, and GoLive enforces this.
- Carriers and Meta make their own decisions on registrations, templates and display names. Their fees are charged when submitted and are not refunded if they reject.
Fees
Prices are listed at /pricing. Third-party costs (domains, numbers, messages, registrations) are charged at cost plus the margin shown there. Spending happens only inside budgets you or your operator open.
Your content
You keep all rights to your code, data and messages. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service you asked for, as described in Privacy. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train models on it.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using GoLive at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, non-payment, or when a provider or the law requires it. Resources you bought (for example a domain) stay yours where the provider allows a transfer.
No warranty
GoLive is provided "as is". Audits (security, privacy and regulation, patents) are automated starting points and not legal or professional advice. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that a carrier, registry or Meta will approve any registration.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hapi.vc, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid GoLive in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced on this page before they apply.
